Ideal candidates are analytical, with a positive attitude and strong call handling and active listening skills and able to work well with our team.
Job Requirements
- Must at least have 6 months of Customer Service experience, preferably having 1-2 years of CS work experience.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree is not a requirement.
- Must be an excellent communicator with a pleasing and clear accent.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, reliable and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and is result-oriented.
- Has good computer navigation skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in the use of MS Office and Outlook.
- Must be reliable.
- Willing to work the graveyard shift.
- Must be based in the Philippines and willing to work in Manila.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies for targeted clients.
- Answer phone calls efficiently and professionally.
- To direct calls to appropriate team member/s.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a good manner
